Overview of the Integration

The FBP integration allows you to send product info and sales/purchase orders to Mintsoft for processing your orders at FBP warehouses. You can use Pakk's existing powerful List Views and Bulk Actions to process your orders fast and efficiently, without having to leave Pakk's Admin Panel. The FBP integration is bidirectional, with information on warehouse stock levels and order status being sent back and displayed in Pakk. You can:

• Send products from Pakk to Mintsoft

• Update stock levels from Mintsoft in Pakk, with an indication of any mismatches between reported warehouse stock levels and Pakk stock levels

• Send Purchase Orders from Pakk to Mintsoft as 'Advanced Stock Notifications' (ASNs)

• Sync ASN status from Mintsoft to Pakk

• Send Sales Orders from Pakk to Mintsoft

• Sync order status from Mintsoft to Pakk

• Sync tracking codes and tracking URLs on dispatch from Mintsoft to Pakk

• Easily dispatch orders in Pakk with tracking codes and URLs auto-populated from Mintsoft

• Designate Pakk Locations as FBP warehouses

• Link Pakk Shipping Methods to FBP Shipping Services

• View audit information relating to every Mintsoft record (ID, dates created and updated, etc.) directly in Pakk

The FBP integration is seamless within Pakk. FBP enabled accounts will see an extra 'FBP' tab (orange) on the Detailed Views for any entities that communicate with FBP. You'll also see additional functionality on relevant List Views.
