Configuration

The first thing to do is to get FBP enabled within Pakk. Discuss this with your account manager. FBP tenants will get a Mintsoft client account, which can be accessed from the Pakk dashboard.

There are a few things to set up in Mintsoft. We can help with this, but essentially you need to obtain an FBP Warehouse ID and the details and IDs of any of the FBP Shipping Services available that you want to use.

There are a few simple things to set up in Pakk:

  • Create a Location and go to the 'FBP' tab where you can set it as an "FBP Warehouse" and give it the correct FBP Warehouse ID.

  • Set at least one FBP Shipping Service. There are multiple shipping services available to FBP tenants. Choose the ones you want to use, note down the details and IDs, and create them in Pakk.

  • Upload to Mintsoft any items that are going to be processed through FBP. You can do this very easily by selecting them in Pakk and sending all of them with one click of a button using the "Send to FBP" bulk action in the Stock Availability List View.

Once you have completed the steps above, you are ready to start using Pakk to receive your stock at FBP locations and dispatching your orders from them.
