List Views in Pakk are your day-to-day workhorse, providing a powerful tool to view, edit, and manage your data efficiently. They help you stay organized and productive by allowing you to customize what you see, perform bulk actions, and easily manipulate your data on a single screen.

  • Perform bulk actions such as dispatching orders.

  • Customize and save views to display only the columns you need.

  • Sort, filter, and export/import data for better management.

Customizing List Views

Pakk provides various List Views designed for specific workflows, but you can customize these to suit your needs. Click the columns icon in the list view toolbar to open the customization options., You can check or uncheck fields from the available list to add or remove them from your view. If you are an account owner, you can save your custom view for future use. Give it a name and you will be able to access it anytime from the list views dropdown menu.

Sorting and Filtering

Sorting and filtering are essential features that help you organize and find your data efficiently.

Sorting

Click on a column header to sort the data by that field. Click again to toggle between ascending and descending order.

Filtering

Filters allow you to focus on the specific records you need. Here’s how to make the most of filtering:

  • Enabling Filters: Click the filter icon in the list view toolbar to turn on filtering.

  • Adding Filters: Select a field and set the criteria to narrow down your list. For example, you can filter orders by status or date range.

  • Stacking Filters: Add multiple filters to refine your search results even further. For example, you can filter orders by status and date range simultaneously.

  • Disabling Filters: Uncheck or remove individual filters to broaden your search.

  • Clearing Filters: Click the clear filter button to remove all filters and start fresh.

Filters are incredibly powerful for zeroing in on the exact data you need, making it easier to manage large datasets and perform targeted actions.

Editing Data in List View

Editing directly within the List View saves time and simplifies data management. In Edit mode, you can view and change multiple records within a single screen.

Editing Custom Attributes in List View

Custom attributes can have various types of values, such as text, number, choice, or true/false. To effectively work with custom attributes in List View ensure that you check the checkboxes for all custom attribute fields in the customization popup.

Performing Bulk Actions

Bulk actions allow you to modify multiple records at once. In List View, select Bulk actions and you will get a dropdown of the available actions for that set of records (e.g., change stage, email, or print sales orders). Then select all the records you want to perform the action on, and click on 'Submit', that's it!
